Monitoring Tool for School Level
Tool Description: This is a quick survey to capture salient information for schools, and teachers who participated in the National Learning Camp and Other EOSY Break Activities. The information gathered will be solely used to complement the ongoing study of the Central Office on National Learning Camp. The data gathered will treated with utmost confidentiality, and shall be used only research purpose through related publication materials, in accordance with RA 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
