Apprenticeship and Exploration of Different Arts Fields (Music)
Hello learners! This module is intended for the Music Specialization students of Arts and Design Track. In this module, Apprenticeship and Exploration of Different Art Field, you are going to have a deeper understanding about music and be able to apply your musical skills through singing, playing musical instruments, composing and using ICT in creating your music.
Course Description:
The subject offers the exploratory study of local music genres and information and communication technologies (ICT) applications in music while deepening the musical skills and understanding of the students. It also gives an opportunity for them to learn various methods of producing music.
Content Standard
1. develops awareness of local musical genres.
2. develops awareness of ICT applications in the music industry.
3. Demonstrates performance skills in any of the following genres: indigenous, folk, classical, pop, jazz or rock incorporating ICT

Apprenticeship and Exploration of Different Arts Fields (Dance)
This subject immerses
students in their chosen strand, specifically the dance strand, giving them
practical and hands-on experience with choreography, including working with a
local artist and/or a performing arts group or arts organization. The program
culminates in a dance production.
