This course provides an introduction to carpentry where you will learn and develop practical skills that will enable you to perform basic tasks in carpentry.

- identify sandwich component
- identify bread suited for sandwich making
- prepare suitable filling and spread
- select and prepare glazes/sweet sauces; and
- prepare sandwiches while observing sanitary practices
