This is a specialization course that leads to a Technical Drafting National Certificate Level II (NC II). It covers five (5) core Computer-Aided Drawing (CAD) competencies that a high school student ought to possess, namely: 1) preparing CAD, 2) layouting structural details, 3) layouting electrical and electronic details, 4) layouting sanitary and plumbing details, and 5) layouting mechanical details.


The preliminaries of this specialization course include the following: 1) discussion of the relevance of the course, 2) explanation of key concepts relative to the course, and 3) exploration of career opportunities.

This course was designed and written with you in mind. It is here to help you master on how to present salads and dressings. The scope of this module permits it to be used in many different learning situations. The language used recognizes the diverse vocabulary level of students. The lessons are arranged to follow the standard sequence of the course. But the order in which you read them can be changed to correspond with the module you are now using.

Learning Outcome 2 – Prepare a Variety of Sandwiches


After going through this module, you are expected to: 

  1. identify sandwich component
  2. identify bread suited for sandwich making 
  3. prepare suitable filling and spread
  4. select and prepare glazes/sweet sauces; and
  5. prepare sandwiches while observing sanitary practices
